Return authorization number is required on all returns. New World Telecom will not accept returns of any material after 30 days from date of shipment.

Credits will not be issued unless the material is returned in it's original packaging.

Manufacturers warranty will apply on material distributed by us. In the event of defective material we will replace the material at our expense, but no claim may be allowed for expenses included in installation or use. It is your responsibility to order material which is adequate for the purpose to which it is intended.

New World Telecom assumes no responsibility for, and shall not be liable for loss of use, revenue, profit, or any other indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

Same day shipping of in stock items, provided orders are placed before 12:00 noon.
